What to Expect on Your First Visit
Visiting ADIO Chiropractic
The first time in our office doesn’t have to be complicated or confusing.
Our friendly and professional staff understands that you may be curious about the process and what to expect. Below you will find a brief rundown of what you will experience when visiting Dr. Zac at ADIO Chiropractic in South Orange County for the first time.
Complete Health Intake Forms
When you first arrive at ADIO Chiropractic you will be greeted and given our new practice member paperwork. This is our opportunity to get to know you! Please fill out all paperwork as completely and thoroughly as possible and sign all forms. Paperwork can be printed and filled out before your appointment, this will save you about 15-20 minutes on your first day in our office.
Next, we will have you sit down for a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Zac or one of our team members. We will discuss your current health issues, goals for recovery, past health concerns, and we’ll review other questions and concerns you have. We want you to be confident in the care we provide and to expect exceptional healthcare that is customized for your needs.
We are excited to have you visit us here at ADIO Chiropractic. We want you to feel at home and will give you a tour of our office and let you know what you can expect from chiropractic care. As you begin improving your health through chiropractic care, you’ll gin a better understanding of what principled chiropractic is and how your body responds to chiropractic adjustments. We welcome you to ask us questions as we explain what we do and how it helps to improve your health.
After the chiropractic assessment, we take any necessary postural and stress x-rays to get a more in-depth look at your skeletal system and confirm the preliminary diagnosis. Gaining access to the most detailed health information refines the chiropractic care you receive so that it is tailored to you and your individual goals.
Report of Findings
This will be your most important appointment in our office! At this visit, Dr. Zac will provide you with a detailed report of our findings and the results of the examinations. We will review the customized plan of corrective care and plan your adjustment schedule moving forward. We will also go over payment options and answer any questions you have about your next steps.
Once we’ve gotten information about your health and you’ve toured the office, Dr. Zac and his staff will perform a complete physical evaluation, evaluating the nervous system.
ADIO Chiropractic always uses the most advanced technology and proven methods to ensure we get to the root of any problems. This is where we will learn what area of the spine needs to be adjusted and where the pressure on the spine is, and then we determine the most effective way to correct the issue. Please consider these 2 things when coming for your appointment:
1. Please do not come to the office with wet hair.
2. Women are encouraged to wear loose-fitting shirts or blouses that can be pulled up easily and bras should fasten in the back for your neurological assessment of your back and neck.
Dr. Zac at ADIO Chiropractic will review all your health information, and a customized care plan is created. Everything from your medical history to your health goals to the results of your examination is taken into account so your individual needs are met.
